November is a season of gathering. Let it also be a time to gather yourself back.
As we move through Mercury Retrograde during the first half of the month, take time to review where your energy has gone and listen to what needs your love and attention.
Whatever has been displaced in your power, collect the parts. Whatever doesn’t belong to you to carry anymore, let it go.
An old feeling may need to be heard. A past version of you may need compassion. A responsibility you’ve outgrown may be ready to be released.
Gather in grace. Calm the chaos. Listen with love.
Before the holiday plans and expectations gather around you, make room for yourself.
