This mantra is where I think I first learned how powerful mantras can transform life instantly.
When I was 8 years old, following a leg surgery I was put into a 50-pound body cast when my little body was only 60 pounds. I was expected to be bedridden the entire time wearing the body cast. My parents encouraged me to use the mantra words…
I can. I will. I must. I AM… while I was being taught to walk on crutches with such a massively heavy body cast.
This mantra put a miracle power into my movement and gave me freedom to not be bedridden. Freed me from being immobilized.
You can gain the stamina for the freedom break-thru you need. Any area that feels like it has been stuck in immobilization or you have been held back…
Free yourself. Like the flower that moves toward the light it doesn’t even see the concrete as a barrier, the flower simply keeps reaching in the movement as the mantra:

Two power questions to ask yourself for reaching toward the light of your break-thru….
1) What have I been turning away from in my mind, in my heart, and my soul that is now time for me to turn toward? (That really, I must turn toward to be true to myself.)
2) What have I been going the long way around and suffering complications and chaos rather than directly going toward?
Your MUST… whatever it is now to actualize more of yourself … it doesn’t have to be forced, it can be infused with ease and grace. Same as the flower doesn’t fight the concrete to bloom, to unfold, to become — what it’s destined to become. It just keeps reaching for the light.
