I can. I will. I must. I AM… This mantra is where I think I first learned how powerful mantras can be to serve us with embodying the energy to transform, instantly.
When I was 8 years old, following a leg surgery I was put into a 50 pound body cast when my little body was only 60 pounds. I was expected to be bedridden the entire time of wearing the body cast. My parents encouraged me to use the mantra words… I can. I will. I must. I AM… as I was being taught to walk on crutches with such a massively heavy body cast.
This mantra put miracle power into my movement and gave me freedom to not be bedridden. Freed me from being immobilized.
Use this mantra to gain stamina for a freedom breakthrough you need. Any area that feels like it has immobilization to it or holding you back. Free yourself. Repeat… I can. I will. I must. I AM… There is such a direct connection to power you give yourself with the certainty of this mantra to move with…

I connect with CERTAINTY! There is a place of pure power — pure love — all encompassing connection of truth and possibility that lives as our inner “knowingness”. In this connection, doubts dissolve, fuzziness fades and clarity asserts.

You don’t have to try for this place of knowingness or even think your way into this connection. It is yours — always! It’s how love experienced. It’s how you say YES at those times even when you are filled with fear and unsure. Certainty is a connecting energy that carries expanding energy to help carry you through.
